• A Degree (Graduation ) in any discipline from a University recognised by the government of India or any equivalent qualification at the time of registration
• The candidate most passage valid marksheet degree certificate that he/she is a graduate on the day he/she register and indicate the percentage of Mark obtained in graduation while registering online
• Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate / Diploma / Degree in computer operations / Language / should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School / College /Institute.
• Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read / write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

• जिस पर आपको क्लिक करना होगा क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने इसका एक नया पेज खुलेगा
• जहां पर आपको Click Here और New Registration का ऑप्शन मिलेगा
• जिस पर आपको क्लिक करना होगा क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने इसका Registration Form खुलेगा
• जिससे आपको ध्यान से भरना होगा अंत में आपको सम्मिट के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा
• उसके बाद आपको लॉगइन आईडी और पासवर्ड प्राप्त होगा
• लॉगइन आईडी और पासवर्ड की मदद से आपको लॉगइन करना होगा
• लॉग इन करने के बाद आपके सामने आवेदन फॉर्म खुलेगा
• मांगे गए  सभी जानकारी को दर्ज करना होगा और अंत में स्कैन  दस्तावेज को अपलोड करना होगा
• और आवेदन शुल्क जमा करना होगा और अंत में सबमिट के विकल्प पर क्लिक कर देना होगा
• उसके बाद इसका प्रिंटआउट आपको निकाल लेना है
