Bihar Block ABF Vacancy 2023 Educational Qualification-

1. 1. Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution.
2. Should Possess data analysis and presentation skills.
3. Should be conversant with use of social media.
4. Should possess Project Management Skills.
5. Experience of working/internship with Development Organisation.
6. Knowing the local language of the respective Self-driven with good communication skills

Aspirational Block is a requirement for all Aspirational Block Fellows.

Note- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their higher education development/rural stream. in the development/rural stream

• Minimum Age- 25 Years
• Maximum Age- 40 Years

Bihar Block ABF Vacancy 2023 Selection Process

Selection on the basis of two stages criteria in following ways.

Stage- 01 (1) Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of following criteria:-

(a) Marks obtained in Matriculation examination attract 10% weightage

(b) Marks obtained in Intermediate examination attract 10% weightage

(c) Marks obtained in Graduation examination attract 40% weightage

(d) Marks obtained in Post Graduation examination attract 40% weightage

Stage-02:-Top 100 Candidates are going to shortlisted for Interview according to criteria described in stage-01

Stage 02 will consist of Interview of 100 Marks.

Note :- Final selection will be on the basis of total marks obtained in stage-01 and stage-02.

Reservation :- Reservation roster will be follow as according to GAD Bihar, Patna (Letter no 21485 dated 22.11.2023 of GAD).
